Britnee Foreman joins Exceleration Music as Head of Data Strategy and Digital Operations

Exceleration Music, a recently founded company investing in independent labels, has named Britnee Foreman as Head of Data Strategy and Digital Operations.

Foreman’s résumé includes posts at Next Big Sound, Pandora, Songtrust / Downtown and Tempo Music. She is also a member of the Women in Music Board of Directors as the Global Co-Chair of Membership.

Foreman is Exceleration’s first executive in the United States and will lead its operational data management and optimization initiatives, initially focused on launch partners Alligator Records, Candid Records, and The Ray Charles Foundation.

According to Exceleration, further partnerships are expected in the coming months.

The Exceleration was started in January of this year. The company provides “personalized solutions for entrepreneurs seeking capital to generate growth,” that “preserve and enhance the legacy of both entrepreneurs and their artists,” according to Exceleration.

At Exceleration, Foreman joins a partnership with the world’s leading music companies. These include Dave Hansen (former GM of Epitaph Records and Executive Chairman of Merlin), Charles Caldas (first CEO of Merlin), Amy Dietz (former GM of Ingrooves) and John Burk (Grammy winner and former President of Concord Records). .
