Sydney’s Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard, also known as The Kid LAROI, has released hits including Let Her Go, Diva ft. Lil Tecca, Go ft. Juice WRLD and Without You, which are currently number 2 on the UK’s official singles chart.

The announcement of the signing of The Kid LAROI follows the rebranding of Sony Music Publishing from its former name Sony / ATV a few weeks ago.

In just over a few months, The Kid LAROI’s 2020 debut mixtape F * ck Love hit # 3 on the Billboard 200 chart.

LAROI also made history this month as the youngest solo artist to ever hit number 1 on the Australian ARIA charts with his deluxe mixtape F * ck Love (Savage).

The kid LAROI started his music career at the age of 13 and his debut EP, 14 with a Dream, was released independently in 2018 when he was only 14 years old.

In the same year he gained national attention as a finalist in the Triple J Unearthed competition and landed a place on his tour of Australia for the American rapper Juice WRLD.

The two musicians became friends, with Juice supporting WRLD LAROI as a mentor in the music industry.

Since then, LAROI has won awards including multiple RIAA gold and platinum certifications, as well as three ARIA nominations for best male artist, groundbreaking artist, and best hip-hop publication.
