The company is partnering with several new multi-listing services across the country and will expand its integrated MLS services to approximately 140,000 additional agents.
Tenant screening company RentSpree is expanding its recently announced Multiple Listing Service (MLS) partnership program.
During the month of April, the MLS Partnership Program will expand its reach to several new MLS across the country, including BeachesMLS, bridgeMLS, Realcomp MLS, Georgia MLS, MLSListings, Smart MLS, GSREIN in Louisiana, GMAR, and Bryan-College Station Regional MLS. The expansion will allow the company to expand its integrated MLS services to around 140,000 additional real estate agents.
Prior to announcing the expansion, RentSpree worked with more than 120 MLS, real estate brokers and real estate platforms.
“In just over four months we have seen RentSpree grow immensely by adding 10 new partners and expanding our direct reach to an additional 140,000 agents,” said Michael Lucarelli, Co-Founder and CEO of RentSpree, in a statement. “I am overjoyed to see so many MLS understand the ever changing needs of agents and adopt RentSpree to offer a faster, more effective rental process.”
“This will help agents be in a great position ahead of the summer rental market which is just around the corner,” added Lucarelli.
RentSpree integrates with any MLS using a single API. If they so wish, agents can use their MLS to opt for the company’s fully automated rental system, which guides them through the entire rental process “from listing to leasing”. The company’s platform streamlines the rental process by generating tools such as online rental applications, instant verification reports, reporting, income verification and electronic signatures.
“In an important industry like real estate, we are proud to work with these leading organizations to solve the undeniable problems faced by thousands of agents and brokers,” said Bill Andrews, MLS national account manager at RentSpree, in a statement. “In view of the rapidly growing importance of rentals, I think it’s great that our tool is consistently selected as the optimal software solution.”
