Podcaster Joe Rogan sells LA mansion, moves to Texas

On his way to settle permanently in Texas, well-known podcaster and former Fear Factor presenter Joe Rogan sold his Los Angeles mansion for $ 3.45 million.

The house, located in Bell Canyon outside of Los Angeles, sold for $ 250,000 more than Rogan originally asked for. As first reported by the New York Post, Rogan bought the house in 2003 for $ 2.3 million and listed it in October. It’s in five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and 7,573 square feet – a size that ultimately was too big and awkward to be entertained in town, which is why Rogan decided to move to Texas.

The house is built in the style of a French country estate, with white and wood interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a floating spiral staircase. Amenities include a kitchen / kitchen, media room with wet bar, library, and professional gym. The outdoor area is on one acre property and features rolling lawns, a bridge leading to a private deck, and multiple balconies with city views.
