The inspiration problem: the best is yet to come

Have you ever passed a restaurant, shop or hotel that proudly advertised “UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT” in large letters? For the longest time I didn’t understand why a customer wouldn’t care who owned the place.

Now i do. That’s because this magazine – along with SUCCESS.com, SUCCESS + and all other parts of this brand – is under new management.

I am pleased to share the news of the recent announcement that SUCCESS Enterprises has been acquired by eXp World Holdings for the first time on our own pages. This is the holding company for eXp Realty (one of the fastest growing residential and commercial real estate companies in the world) and Virbela, a comprehensive virtual platform for remote working.

I realized that these “UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT” signs are so ubiquitous because they reflect the real excitement of the new owner. Our new owners are proud to dedicate themselves to the founding mission of SUCCESS magazine as early as 1897 and to drive the brand to the highest heights in the future. The team works hard to find and develop new ways to help you, our audience, achieve life changing results. For you and us, the best is yet to come.

In the next issue you will be introduced to the founder of eXp and our new CEO Glenn Sanford, an entrepreneurial visionary at the highest level. You will also meet the new President of SUCCESS Enterprises, Don Hobbs, a dynamic voice who traces its roots in personal development to personal mentoring under Jim Rohn. You will see more new faces sharing new ideas and methods to help you grow holistically – in your business and personal life. Keep an eye out for important, impactful changes in our brand’s magazine and digital channels.

I hope that this topic arouses anticipation for the changes ahead: it is an ode to those who inspire us. The inspiration output is designed to improve our ability to lead others and celebrate the rewards of creativity. Daymond John hits the headlines on our latest list of SUCCESS 25: Most Impactful Voices in Entrepreneurship and Personal Development. In this group there is an inspiring figure for everyone. I have no doubt that you will identify with several of these people and the lessons they can teach.

When I speak for myself and on behalf of our team and the new owner, it’s no secret that you are our inspiration. Thank you for being part of the SUCCESS community.
